>These days
guitar music actually rocks the world, especially the westerners. In the past they had the traditional guitar which is now not in much use, the electrical guitars are sending shocking waves around the world. So no wonder that most of the youngsters are interested in the guitar lessons. Guitars are one of the many instruments that are included when it comes to
music lessons needed to learn how to play them.
Even the church chores need a guitar background music. Isn’t it? So it is very essential to learn guitar. Guitar lessons should be taken from the earlier age,10 or 11 yrs. When we search for a teacher, very first thing we inquire is how much it may cost? Yes,if we don’t search then we may land up to a teacher who may charge an exuberant amount sending us mad.
To be wise it is always best to search in the internet and browse to get an idea how to pay the teacher as some may charge for hour, other may charge for number of lessons. But some intelligent one may ask for a monthly basis. One has to be very careful in engaging a teacher for guitar lessons. Some say it is just $10 per hour,in some other cases it is only $45 per lesson.
Others say that it may cost $250 for 4 lessons, a lesson for one week, 4 lessons for a month. Each lesson for one hour length. Some may charge $85 for lessons. There is no fixed amount as you expect. The cost may vary for areas,if an area has vast scope for teaching then the money may be less.If an area where there are only a few teachers available, the cost may be high.We should not mind the cost if it is worth,an art is not an object for a sale.So an artist who is having his /her art as life line will not sell it, instead will teach with whole heart. But it is not so in the modern time.Only we have to respect them by not bargaining in their charges.

>Guitar lessons can vary greatly in price. First you have to decide if you want a private lesson or a group lesson. Generally, private lessons would cost more than a group lesson. Private lessons can range from $20- $40 an hour. Beginner students usually opt for half hour lessons, and with a private tutor, these can cost anywhere from $15- $25 a session. But when you move on to more advanced skills, the price of having a private guitar tutor can go up to $50- $75 an hour.
With group lessons, the price mostly depends on the size of the group and the level of experience. With this in mind, the lessons can be anywhere between $40 and $80 a month. Although with group lessons the price would be lower, you have to keep in mind that you would not get as much interaction with the teacher, and probably not as much hands on help, considering the size of the group. These are all things you should keep in mind while making your decision.
Besides a music store, you can find guitar teachers at a discounted rate through an adult education program. Or you can check local college campuses for students that are willing to teach for a lower price. This could range anywhere from $20- $35 an hour. Another hint about that would be you can haggle prices with younger instructors because they most likely do not work for a business and are just looking to make extra money. When inquiring about lessons, ask if they have any discounts, or a free “get to know you” session, where they can evaluate your skills and figure out the best lesson plan for you.
There are also some other fees that you will encounter while taking guitar lessons. Expect to pay between $25-$100 in material costs, such as books, the instrument itself, and any other learning materials the teacher might suggest. Other than that, lessons can range in price, depending on the format you decide to use.

>Asking who is the most authoritative classical guitar luthier of history and you quickly come to realize that it is a really difficult, if not impossible, question to answer.
One person who probably has made the most difference and who still has an impact on the modern classical guitar was Antonio Torres. His birth place was in Spain in 1817. He was able to drastically strengthen the frame of the guitar by a technique known as fan-strutting as he was quite gifted being both a player and an excellent craftsman of the time. Torres was among the few that realized more than most guitar makers that both precision and refinement were all important if the instrument was to be improved at all.
Another well known luthier that may also be regarded as one of the foremost of all time is Jose Ramirez together with a younger brother named Manuel. They were both born in Madrid, Spain and between them established a long family line of unequalled quality guitar makers. It is still well known in guitar circles that a “Ramirez” is still very much a status symbol and one of the most desired and popular guitars amongst classical players of today.
It was well known that the two brothers argued a lot and that they eventually parted company, the Ramirez brothers built guitars of great quality though differing in design from each other. Jose became fashionable with Flamenco players because the tone production along with a lighter construction served their purposes. This by no means suggests his classical instruments were inferior, indeed the opposite actually is true.
Another one of the great guitar builders of all time could have easily been Hermann Hauser. A very talented classical guitar maker who blessed us all in 1882 and died some 70 years later in 1952. His guitars were so good that even the redoubtable Segovia was impressed by the quality of his work. Segovia wa sable to eventually encouraged Hauser to copy his 1912 Manuel Ramirez guitar, a very prized instrument of such great quality that it was generally believed to have been constructed by the great Santos Hernandez himself.
Segovia made many famous recordings with that wonderful classical guitar over the years which helped to seal his reputation as one of the pre-eminent guitar makers of the day. Any Music Directory worth it’s salt will have a mention of him somewhere.
Paulino Bernabe is another great guitar builders of all time. Not only one of the finest classical guitar makers we have seen but he is also inextricably linked to all classical guitar history. To explain this a little more, not only did he study with possibly the most famous modern day classical guitar maker Ramirez but incredibly he mastered classical guitar playing with Daniel Fortea, another very famous student of Tarrega. Bernabe’s trade was that of cabinet maker, like so many great classical guitar makers were or are.
